Mr. René A. Hunderup
President and CEO
 
Born and educated in Denmark, a Civil Economist from the Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration, Mr. Hunderup moved to Canada in 1974 and founded PDi in 1978. His earlier work experience includes Novo-Ferrosan and Marsing.

Rene is a Founding Member of the Canadian Generic Pharmaceutical Association and its former Secretary-Treasurer (1982-1992); he was granted an Honourary Life Member of the Board of Directors in 2000.

Founder and Chairman of DRx Corporation (2003) - the licensing arm of the group.

In addition to his very keen pharmaceutical interests, Mr. Hunderup is the CEO of Norse Ridge Farms Limited, a Thoroughbred and American Quarter Horse Race Training & Breeding facility and, as an avid boater, operates Bay Breeze Yacht Sales - a Boating Ontario Certified Dealership for the Luxury Nordic Tugs Raised Pilot House Trawlers.

Mrs. Agnes Lo
Executive Vice President, Administration
 
Born and educated in Hong Kong, Mrs. Agnes Lo has been with PDi since 1982 and is responsible for the General Administration and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Agnes is heading up the Business Unit and manages our Bulk Actives division, sourcing API for our Canadian clients. Agnes also heads up the PDi-Regulatory Administration.

After 25 years, you will no longer find Agnes in her office on Friday's but always eager and happy to help out Monday's thru Thursday's, whatever may be the issue.

Mrs. Crina Lascaian
Senior Associate, Regulatory Services
 
Born and educated in Romania, Mrs. Crina Lascaian came to Canada in 2005 via New Zealand and joined PDi early 2007.
Crina has a Bachelors degree in Dentistry from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry, Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and obtained a Dental Hygienist License while in New Zealand.

Crina earned her Diploma in Professional Regulatory Affairs from the Academy of Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences (AAPS) Toronto.

Since joining PDi, Crina has developed a very strong working relationship with our Canadian Regulatory Authorites and manages to meet her targets well ahead of schedule. We are very fortunate to have Crina on our Team.

Mrs. Norma Hern
Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
 
Born and educated in Ontario, Mrs. Hern joined PDi in 1990 as our Chief Financial Officer and has since taken on the role as Corporate Secretary for the entire Heste Group in addition to heading up Human Resources.

Norma is a Certified Management Accountant, responsible for the financial operations of the Heste-Group including its divisions PDi-Pharmaceuticals, DRx Corporation and Norse Ridge Farms Limited.

Norma keeps us all on the straight and narrow - and for that we THANK you Norma.
